Terms of Service – BS Technology

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the BS Trader mobile application (the “App”) provided by BS Technology (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Nature of the Service

BS Trader is a technology tool — a client-side software application that enables you to connect to your existing broker’s servers and access trading features (charts, market data, order entry) on your mobile device.

Important: BS Trader is not a broker, dealer, exchange, or financial institution. We do not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. We do not hold client funds. We do not guarantee any trading outcome.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.
You must have an active account with a broker that supports the BS Trader protocol.
You must comply with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
You must not use the App in any country where its use is prohibited.

3. Your Broker Relationship

Your trading account, funds, deposits, withdrawals, and execution of orders are governed by your agreement with your broker — not with us. We are not a party to that relationship and bear no responsibility for:

Order execution prices, slippage, requotes, or rejected orders
Spreads, commissions, swaps, or other fees charged by the broker
Deposit / withdrawal delays, failures, or disputes
Margin calls, stop-outs, or account closures
The broker’s solvency, regulation, or legal status

You should review your broker’s terms and disclosures carefully.

4. No Investment Advice

Nothing in the App constitutes investment, financial, tax, or legal advice. Charts, indicators, market data, and other content are provided for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and outcomes.

5. Risk Disclosure

Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Leveraged trading, margin trading, and trading in volatile markets may result in losses that exceed your initial investment. You should not invest money you cannot afford to lose. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

6. Use of the App

You agree to:

Use the App only for its intended purpose
Keep your account credentials confidential
Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

You agree NOT to:

Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Use the App to harm, defraud, or harass any third party
Modify, copy, or distribute the App without our written consent
Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the App in ways not provided by the App’s normal interface
Attempt to interfere with the App’s security or functionality
Impersonate any person or entity

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its source code, design, logos, and trademarks, is owned by BS Technology and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App solely for its intended purpose.

8. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or that defects will be corrected. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of market data displayed in the App.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BS Technology and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of trading opportunity, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total cumulative liability to you, regardless of cause of action, shall not exceed fifty United States dollars (USD 50).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BS Technology and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Updates and Modifications

We may update the App from time to time to add features, fix bugs, or improve security. We may also modify these Terms; if we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top. Significant changes will be announced inside the App or via email. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification) will survive.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Amman, Jordan.
