1. Who We Are

BS Technology is an independent software company that develops and licenses trading platform software to regulated brokerage firms. We are not a broker. We do not hold client funds. We do not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. The BS Trader mobile application (the “App”) is a software tool that allows users to connect to a broker of their choice.

2. Data Collection by BS Technology

BS Technology does not collect any personal data through the BS Trader mobile application.

The App contains no analytics SDKs.
The App contains no crash-reporting SDKs.
The App contains no advertising or tracking technologies.
The App does not transmit any user data to BS Technology’s servers.

This is verifiable: our published builds contain none of the data-collection libraries commonly found in mobile apps (Firebase, Crashlytics, Sentry, Amplitude, Mixpanel, AppsFlyer, etc.).

3. Data Handled by Your Broker

When you use the App, you must select and connect to a broker (for example, BSI FX). All account-related information — including, without limitation:

Login credentials (trading account number, password, server selection)
Personal identification data submitted during account registration (KYC)
Account balance, equity, margin, and trade history
Deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions
Real-time market quotes and order routing

…is handled exclusively by the broker you select. Your broker is the data controller for all such information. The broker’s own privacy policy and terms of service govern how your data is collected, used, stored, transferred, and shared.

We strongly encourage you to review the privacy policy of any broker before opening an account with them.

4. Information You Provide to BS Technology Voluntarily

If you contact BS Technology directly — for example, by writing to info@bstechnolgy.com or through our website — we receive only the information you choose to send us (typically your name, email address, and the content of your message). This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and is retained for up to 24 months.

5. Communication Security

All communication between the App and your broker’s server is encrypted using TLS 1.3 (HTTPS / WSS). BS Technology does not intercept, decrypt, store, or otherwise process the encrypted traffic flowing between the App and your broker.

6. Children’s Privacy

BS Trader is intended for users aged 18 or older. The App is not designed for, marketed to, or intended for use by minors. We do not knowingly process information about children under 18.

7. Your Rights

Because BS Technology does not collect personal data through the App, there is no personal data of yours that we hold to access, correct, or delete. If you wish to exercise rights regarding your trading account data, please contact your broker directly — they are the data controller for that information.

If you have previously corresponded with us by email and wish us to delete your correspondence, you may write to info@bstechnolgy.com, and we will honor your request within 30 days.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App following any change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
